Missing the point

Today we had a very busy day! My 4 month old has quite the active social life. We did 30 minutes of baby gym, swimsuit season is right around the corner you know. Can someone say bikini? After that we browsed through Old Navy on our endless quest to find jammies that don't have feet. Then we met up with our mommy group at the bookstore for story time. All of these would have been great picture opportunities, but I of course wait until we are at home and wearing nothing but a onsie. I just feel weird taking pictures out in public. Like everyone is watching me and wondering what in the world am I taking pictures of. Or even worse, they'll think I'm one of those moms, which I totally am, who take pictures of EVERYTHING. Maybe next trip I'll take my camera with me. Until then this is all you get. Sorry.

  1. Never feel ashamed to carry your camera and capture your memories!! Those people will probably follow suit soon enough, or regret later that they didn't. Photos are things you can look back at and remember things that you otherwise might have forgotten about! :) I look retarded all the time taking pictures...but everyone loves that I take them!! I think you may have the most photogenic baby on the planet...for real.

  4. Those pictures are absolutely adorable!

I take about 2 gb worth of pictures of my kids a month, and that's just when we stay around the house!!! :p Enjoy your camera, and enjoy capturing memories with it. They grow up so quickly!

  5. I love her bows! None of my girls have ever really been willing to wear cute bows. They last a couple seconds to a minute

  6. Totally cute pictures! You've got nothing to apologize for :) Those pictures are memories for years to come. I make Trevor back up all my pictures once a month as I have lost them before on a computer crash.
